Cellar Management goes way beyond knowing what's in your cellar, it's condition and where it is.
Any off the shelf database application like those that ship with Office type suites and all "wine" programs will be able to do this.
As well as these factors and more importantly, it's the condition of your wine in the future that you need to know about as well as knowing that you have enough bottles of wine that will be drinkable for every year in the future.
In the following graph which covers the next twenty years it's the Yellow curve that is of interest to us as it indicates the total number of bottles that are in the centre of the nominated Mature range of years.
